How to Create ANYTHING in Your Life

The Art of Creating Anything You Want In Life

If you are reading this right now there is something you want. What is it? What in your life do you want to change? There is something that is causing you pain of some degree at this very moment - if so what is it? Do you want the answer? Just a warning this is so simple yet so powerful that only those ready to embark on this journey will enter this world of creating anything you want in life.
No matter what the reason for reading deep down you are searching for an answer - you seek information. Before I go any further I just want to ask - are you aware of what you actually want? What is your goal in life? What is missing? Unless you set a fixed point - the line of freedom keeps creeping forward and you are forever chasing this line in the sand.
So I urge you now to take a second and write down two headings -
1. Where am I now
2. Where do I want to be.
Underneath the first heading I want you to identify key area in your life you are not happy with. Look at your health, wealth, relationships - the longer the list the better. Now once you have done this I ask you to fill in the next column and answering the opposite to everything you wrote on that list. This is actually the source of all pain and suffering - your lists don't match. When you can consciously create every moment everything is perfect, everything is balanced.
So what happens next? How do get list '2' to be my reality? Where do I even begin?
If you are asking questions you are on the right track - because I will now share with you the tool that has guided me towards a blissful existence and that I know can can work for you too. When I understood the power of this knowledge my life changed in an instant. You wanna know what it is?You ready for it...... its asking questions. Plain and simple - that's all you need to do - ask questions.
What do you mean ask questions?
Well asking a question means we don't know the answer. When we don't know an answer to something we are in a position to accept any answer, possibility or outcome. The answer to all your problems are out there somewhere the world - if you broadcast it out there the answer will come. This is the magic of life - ask and you shall receive. It is the secret - what you put out you will attract. So how well you ask questions is how well you manifest your reality and ultimately your life. So begin questioning absolutely everything, don't just accept something because someone told you - question it and enjoy the adventure it creates. Question everything I say in this report - you would be crazy not to. If something doesn't feel right question it - don't judge it because that implies you know the answer - ask a question. Why do I feel like this? Why did he say that? What does he mean? Why does that make me mad? Why cant I be bothered reading this? If you want to understand something or yourself ask the right questions and the answer will come. To make this even more powerful - write it down! It took me a long time to understand the concept of asking questions - but I promise you that there is a world of power that exists for those people that ask the right questions
So here is a list of my questions - what I asked myself. These are the questions I needed to understand before I could let go and trust that everything is perfect in my life. When I could let go of trying to understand everything my life became effortless and I could simply allow my life to express itself naturally. I spent years researching and experiencing different sciences, religions, healing's, meditations, massages, drugs and relationships to end up in a place of balance and joy. Its like I have done a full circle and ended up at the start point but this all makes sense now as you will understand as you continue reading. I now live my dream life all due to the gradual changing of my thought to these listed below. Some points I have repeated but I attempted to step out of this process as much as I could and just let the questions flow so what ever is written is written for a reason. Are these facts or even right? I don't know and I don't care. All I know is how is how I experience my life and each day I wake filled with joy and excitement to have the opportunity to consciously create every moment of my day.

How do I get everything I want in life? You Create it
How do I create? With your thoughts
How do I turn my thoughts into reality? You don't - that is not your role.
How do I think then? A thought is simply a by-product of experience.
What is experience? Your reality
What is reality? A individualised experience based on the interpretation of Universal Energy
What is Universal Energy? The 'stuff' everything is made up of
How do I experience this Universal Energy then? With the body and its sensory systems
What are my sensory systems? Channels that interpret energy from the external world and relays this data to the brain
What happens then? your reality is then created from how you interpret this data
What determine the way I interpret the data? Your mind
What is my mind? A collection of past experiences
Is my mind even real? Reality is whatever you experience
Well how do I change my reality then? Change the way you experience
How do I change the way I experience? Change the way you think
How do I change the way I think? Change the way you interpret energy
How do I change the way I interpret Universal Energy? Become aware of your reality
What is my reality? What ever is happening this very moment - the NOW
What do you mean the NOW? NOW is the only moment that exists
What about my past and future? They happened in the NOW - but cease to exist in your reality NOW
What about my memories? You experience memories in the NOW - the event ceases to exist
Why? For something to exist it must be real
What makes something real? You must experience it
How do I experience something? Though your body and its senses
How do I change my body and its senses? Become aware of the body
How do I become aware of my body? Become aware of the mind
How do I become aware of my mind? Become awareness of your thoughts
How do I become aware of my thoughts? Become aware of your reality
How do I become aware of my reality? Become aware of the NOW
What do you mean? What ever is happening in your life right NOW is your reality
Well I want to change the NOW - how do I do this? Change your thoughts
How do I change my thoughts? By consciously directing your thought patterns
How do I do this? By mastering your mind
How do I master the mind? Through meditation
What is meditation? Focusing the mind on one task and holding it there
How do I do this? Focus your mind on one thing
For how long? As long as you can
What should I be doing while I focus on one thing? Anything you want
Don't I have to sit in a quiet room? You can do what ever you choose - the focus of the mind is the only important factor
So I can walk around? As long as the mind is focused on one thing
What is the purpose? To control your mind
Why do I want to control my mind? Because this guides your thoughts
Why do I want to guide my thoughts? So you can create anything you choose and master the art of creation
What is a master? Someone who performs an action using the unconscious mind
What is the unconscious mind? Is the automated system of your reality
What do you mean? Things you perform without thinking is done by the unconscious mind
Where does thinking live then? The conscious mind
How do I control the unconscious? You don't its a automated system that performs exactly how it is programmed
How do I program the unconscious then? With the conscious mind
What is the conscious mind? The opposite to the unconscious
What do you mean? It is the other component to your reality and you have full control of this system
What do you mean by system? The conscious and unconscious mind work together to create your reality
How does this system work? The conscious mind creates a thought and when this thought is energised enough it is transferred and stored into the subconscious.
What happens then? The subconscious then continually transmits this thought bringing about the reality that matches it
How do I change the thoughts in my subconscious? By changing the thoughts in your conscious mind
How do I make a thought strong enough to go into my subconscious? With focused attention
How do I focus my attention? By being able to control your thoughts
How do I control my thoughts? Meditation
How do I mediate? Focus on one thing
What is the point of all this? To balance your mind
What do you mean balance? When two opposing energies become equal in strength a third existence arises
What is the third existence? They are ONE
What is ONE? Is the mid point of all opposing energies as is the birth point of their existence
So it is a different energy emerging? No all energy is the same - just the experience changes
How do I experience this ONE? By balancing Universal Energy
How do I balance energy? Find unbalanced energy and match it with its opposite
How do I find unbalanced energy? Become aware of your body?
Why my body? Because this is instrument you experience energy with.
How do I know what is unbalanced energy? If it drags you away from the present moment it is unbalanced
How do I know if it is balanced energy? This is an experience that cannot be captured with the conscious mind
What do you mean? When energies are perfectly in balance and become ONE - the mind cannot exist
Why? The mind is simply a collection of stored past experiences that filter the way you perceive the present moment
So does this mean that you cannot think in the NOW? To remain totally in the NOW you cannot think with your conscious mind
Why? Because thinking means you are interpreting the present and not experiencing it
What is the future then? It is a mind made dream based on collected past experience.
So whats real? What ever you experience
Yes but ultimately what is reality? What ever is happening for you right NOW
How do stay in the now? Balance
Balance what? What ever is unbalanced
What do you mean? What ever prevents you from living totally in the now is your guide to entering the present moment
What happens when I enter the NOW? That can only be experienced
What if its bad? The NOW is both good and bad combined
So what stops it from being bad? You create whatever you want in the NOW
How? Because you can balance both energies you can decide which you want to experience
How will I know if I'm in the NOW? By comparing it to not being in the NOW
What do you mean? You must consciously create situations to experience the NOW. Only when you have experienced the NOW can you have a point of reference to stiff towards?
How do I create these situations? Mediation
Have I ever experienced the NOW? Yes
When? You experienced it when you learned to ride a bike or you caught your first wave on a surfboard. An orgasm is another good example of the NOW
What do you mean? The moment of orgasm you have no thoughts, you have no concept of time, space even reality - you are totally in the NOW for just a fraction of an instant
So living in the NOW is like an orgasm? An orgasm is a huge discharge of sexual energy - being in the now is balancing energies but the mindset is the same.
So now what? Decide what you want
Where do I start? With the end point
The end point? You need a direction to head in and a reference point to know when you have achieved it
I want to be happy - how do I create this? With your thoughts
But what if my life situation is bad? Change your life situation
But to do that I need more money - how do I create more money? With your thoughts
You cant just think and money appears can you? Your reality is based on your experience
So if I want to change my reality on money or life I just change the way I experience it? Correct
How do I change the way I experience? Change how you interpret the energy
How is energy interpreted? The body sends signals to the brain where it is interpreted by the mind?
So how do I change the signals sent to my brain? You cant change the signal
What do you mean? The signals are simply an energy - and all enrages are ONE
What can I do then? Change the way you interpret the energy
How do I do this? By changing your thoughts
How do I do this? By changing your identity
What is my identity? Who you 'think' you are - it is the sum of all you experiences
How can I change my identity? With your thoughts
How can I change my thoughts? By becoming aware of them
Then what? Change them
How do I change them? Focus
How do I focus? Choose one thing and focus you mind on it
My mind wanders too quickly - how do I keep it there? Practice
Whats the main goal of mediation? To balance your mind
Why should I balance my mind? Because when something is balanced it gives bit to a new state of being - the NOW
Whats so good about the NOW? Its the only thing that ever exists
How come I can't instantly go and stay in the NOW? Because you cannot balance the energy of being in there
Any tips on how to balance? Balance can only be achieved with the use of reference points
What are reference points? Points of focus
What are points of focus? The experience of energy existing in time and space
Im lost can you give me an example? OK when you sit your focus points are your feet, backside and possibly your hands
So whatever I can feel? Yes
So whats this got to do with balance? When you have reference points you can balance the energies between each point.
How do I balance each point? With a focused mind
How will I know when its balanced? You no longer need to think about it and you can dwell in the perfect existence that is the NOW
What can I do now? Balance your mind and your body
What happens then? When these energies balance your spiritual energy emerges
What is spiritual energy? Your true nature
What is my true nature? The balance point - the present moment - the ONE energy
What is my mission? To experience yourself in this pure form
Then what? Share it with the world
SUMMARY
1. Everything is ENERGY
2. The is only ONE moment that exists - the NOW
3. The answer to everything is BALANCE
PRACTICAL STEPS TO CREATING ANYTHING
1. Decide what you want to create. Know what the end result and make it measurable.
2. Plan your path. Start at the end and work backwards. Ask 'how can I achieve this step?' or 'what is needed to achieve this?' and keep working backward till where you are now.
3. Take action on the first step. Forget about everything else but this first step. Nothing else matters - nothing else exists except this first step.
EXTRA TIPS
1. Record everything. Keep a track of what you are creating and doing.
2. Have a minimum of 3 mental reference points when undertaking a task. Ask yourself - Why am I doing this? How does this support my goals? You will find it very hard to stay present in your task unless it has multi benefits to your evolution
3. Have fun. If you create everything in your life rejoice and laugh at your life now - no matter what the situation. You created it and you have done a perfect job to date. Now you simply have more information to create a better one.
CONCLUSION
As mentioned before these are just simply a collection of thoughts and all I now do is focus my attention on them. In no way do I claim these as fact or that I own them - I just simply believe them to be true. Will this work for you? That is up to you - you are in control of your life. All I know is what I experience and what I now experience is a life overflowing with joy, love, peace, abundance and happiness. I have everything I have ever wanted and if I ever need anything it magically appears. I just want to share my experience with you in the hope that some part of you awakened and recognised some truth that can help you in your journey. All I know is what I experience - and this is all I will ever know. I believe that we are all here to experience life and share this experience with everyone in the world around you. We Have the Power and Ability to Overcome Any Obstacle

Do you know the assets that we all possess mentally? You may say "that is not pertaining to me". Please don't forget that big computer that sets on your shoulders. Our brains are there for our personal use. Unfortunately, most of us do not take full advantage of this incredible power that is at our disposal. In fact, we use very little of its resources.
Though I graduated from college, I have just an average intelligence, I think. It takes determination and perseverance to accomplish anything you set out to do. You need to have a desire and a plan for the future in order to meet any goal. We all possess the ability to accomplish any mission if we put our mind to it. If you can't reach your goal, then you should make a list of what you believe your problems are. This list should highlight your assets and liabilities that you feel are causing you to not obtain your desired goal or goals.
Once you understand what is making you falter, it is time to align your assets, eliminate the deficiencies you have and reorder how you are going to obtain the desired outcome. You absolutely can do it! You have the resources just like I have and others have. You have the very same ability. Forget about the people you think are smarter than you are. They merely use more of their brain than you do presently. It is time to start believing in yourself and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to do. Your brain wants to help you out but you have to know how to activate it. You aren't inferior to anyone else. Start applying yourself and utilize that god given asset that sits at your own disposal.
Be sure to have a positive attitude in what ever you say or do. End any negative thoughts and ideas that you possess if you want to accomplish anything in life. You need to believe you are worthy of great things. You can do anything now. So you've made lots of mistakes already. Haven't we all. If your mouth gets out of hand, start being a listener. If you have said things that you regret, change it. Say you're sorry and didn't mean what you said. It is easier to correct some things and more difficult with others. If you're going to be successful, get in a successful mode. You will need lots of support from as many people as you can get in your court to help reach your goals. Networking skills need to be part of what you do. Be someone that others like and will readily help and advise along the way.
Correct your problems and then move forward in a positive way. If you lost your job recently, it probably is not anything you did or didn't do. Don't beat yourself up. Start showing your positive attitude and find your new job. You are just as good as anyone else. Show your positive energy and bring a smile with you on your next interview.
Please don't make any negative comments when being examined in an interview. That will eliminate you quicker than you can imagine. Use complements if possible, research the company and its job requirements for the position you are seeking. Then, ask questions (that you thought about before hand) and then ask for the job at the end of the interview. You deserve it. Be neat and well groomed. It is those first impressions that you want to appear favorable in the eyes of the hiring manager.
Problems at home can be smoothed out as well. Compliments, kindnesses, forgiveness and appreciation go along way to make everyone happy and stress free. Accomplish your goals without little or big things to distract your thoughts. Have the belief in yourself that will carry you forward. You can obtain what you set out to do. Use your ability and coupled with your determination and desire to meet that accomplishment head on.
